Thank you! The headband is awful but if they are making a new one then I might RMA it. They sound is awesome though. I got mine for $270 posted, I do however have Argons also which I can wear practically all day at work,The Argons do sound different so not sure what to do. Sidenote: Modhouse is looking at trying to make a strap for it, can't say for sure but if they do that might be nice as I find the headband puts all the weight on a single point on my head.

I would be interested in a Modhouse mod for the 1060's, I have purchased 2 headphone mods from them, and am having my MKII's modded as I type, very impressed with their work, and the headband is the weakest point on the 1060's

Yea I got a second deerskin strap for my other T50RP based cans. If they make a strap for this it will help distribute the weight better as they are heavy and I might actually keep them. I do have an audeze headband and yoke so I am considering putting that on lol!

I am mighty curious about the grill from the Losodo guys.. What's the effect exactly? Worth the investment? With a limited run of 10 pieces I am sure those grill are not cheap... I am asking since I love my M1060... if I can make them better I will try ... it took me forever to get my pair to Italy from the USA (thanks to a friend of mine who accepted the shipment and then send everything to me in Italy I have saved at least 100 euro in customs..)

They grills for the 1060c were delayed because they were tuning multiple revisions to keep the frequency response clean. So there is thought in it.

The 1060C ones will go on pretty much as soon as I get them. The issue is with my stock 1060 they have the fazor array so it might not jive 100% to the creators tuning.

Ya know what in stock form these don't do much for me but once you open them up a little and tinker then they are pretty darn good. I find them a little too congested. Z if you can do that soft mod I told you about before and then do another video if you think the difference is worth mentioning.

Improved headband and removable pads and I would buy it in a heartbeat. The stock pads are nice but I would like to have options.

Just received the M1060Cs and for only the second time in my headphone journey have I listened to a headphone that blew my mind right out of the box. Actually the first one doesn't count because it was the X00 Purplehearts and they didnt blow me away until I changed the pads, at which point they blew my mind. My purple hearts with the doggy treats and ZMF pads produce pure bliss imo. The M160Cs also just had me shaking my head, "damn these things are good". I remember getting the holy HD-600s and 650s and being impressed and saying things like, "why yes, these are quite good!", but it didn't move. My purple hearts made me purple hard and the M1060Cs do similar thing. Such a rare but wonderful thing. I must testify!

I just checked it and its cheaper. The $20 shipping is included. It only shows it so if you want to return them you don't get the $20 back. Also let me know how they are. I bought dms3 tv's m1060c's (just waiting for them to arrive). And I like the way these covers look better than the Lowe's grill dms used.

Z, big favor! Can you ask your Monolith contact as to when exactly the new headband is coming out? I am buying new cans and waiting on this to see what it is like.
