HONESTLY i think if he skips some episodes he might enjoy the season, there are hype parts in DXD that aren't TRASH or softcore-P0RN lol

KOL I think you slightly overreacted with DxD, I get the moment with issei and raynare was weird and the subs didn’t help when issei said “suki” which in this context “like” would have been the accurate translation and not him saying I love you to a girl after one date. I doubt you will make it far enough to see it but the plot line with raynare later will surprise you.

He actually made it through the worst part of DxD. thats impressive. praying he atleast makes it halfway through the series because Season 2's final battle is hilarious also, The subs were wrong, he just says he liked her. still bad writing but not as ridiculous.

I'm curious, was there any other point in getting KoL to watch monogatari than to see his disgust at the show. The entire franchise is absolute garbage trash :D. And yes DxD is just sad, basically a very bad hentai.
