The animation in the WANO openings is like way way better than any previous one, not to mention the episodes themselves, the "preview" section sucks but saying it's there due to laziness is dumb, these people more than deserve bits of slack like that here and there.

I don't think the Zoro/Sanji recap is due to Golden Week, breaks like this are probably just gonna be more necessary now that we're in the main action meat of the arc, I've always thought people hyping up Roof Piece for the anime were setting themselves up for disappointment cause there's no way even Wano level production can sustain that much action in a weekly show, if this is what it takes to make Roof Piece good so be it.

It’s because of golden week. They usually don’t air an episode during golden week or at least would air recaps but not advertise it in the preview, unlike this time.

this is the moment One Piece really needs to become seasonly and not Weekly and I only say it so it can be top tier quality in animation. It still baffles me that the battle in the anime is literally still on going in the manga, even if its a few chapters left only it still IS ON GOING and its god tier!!!!
