Hi all,

No chapter updates this week as I've been working hard on a bunch of stuff to better the business side of my writing, something I've been neglecting somewhat over the past few months. In short, chapter releases and other regular events were becoming so complicated that I was both letting important things fall through the gaps, and mentally shying away from stuff that needed to get done.

The solution to this problem is... *Drum roll* Standard Operating Procedures. Fun! :D

...well, I think it's fun, anyway. *pout*

For the million to one chance that you might care about the philosophy behind exactly what it is I'm doing at the moment, I suggest reading Work the System by Sam Carpenter. It's awesome.

Here's the TLDR version: following a written procedure (even if it's one you wrote) is more reliable, less mentally taxing, and easier to analyse and improve upon than simply winging it every  —singletime.

The work that I'm doing now will hopefully result in more reliable updates in the future, while still allowing me to experiment.

In other news, earlier this week I achieved a breakthrough with the Richard Struggle series, which I'm super hyped about. No details at the moment, but I'm hoping this will lead to better, faster Richard Struggle updates for all of you who look forward to that particular series.

Hold on to your seats.

More chapters are in the works!
