This conversation reminded me of Narcissa's talk with Virgo. There's also a little discussion in chapter 46 of relying on Virgo or on their niece for something. They might have meant Tonks, but I'm guessing they meant Alex, and this is the next step in their plans. Did Lucius have a half-sister (Jezebel- chapter 45) that is Alex's mother? And if Alex is the equivalent of Virgo, does that mean Alex might also be a Horcrux? Wild speculation - it's fun. 😁
