A little more specific information about your issue would help. Which download portal (US/EU)? Do you have any error showing? Which version are you trying to download?

500 Internal Server Error is displayed on the screen and I cannot download.

Hi this update hasn't been released on Steam yet

I'm unable to interact with Cassidy. She doesn't show up and the story tracker for her is in the completed section and it says that she left even though I'm on the pet path. The Dwayne and Cassidy story is working though, it's just I can't interact with the person herself. I think the issue is that the story got flagged as completed before it was supposed to. If there's anything I can do to fix this please let me know.

When she ask to go to Switzerland, I guess you choose "I have more important work to do". If that's the case, then she's gone forever. The Dwayne/Cassidy events shouldn't be able to trigger, that's a bug we will fix.

Ah, that explains it. I was so confused on why I was able to do the story events but that explains it. Guess I'll have to load an old save. Thanks for letting me know.

It is now. There's usually a one week delay before the steam update to let us fix major bugs.

I'm stuck with Harmony. I've completed "Fall from Heaven" but can't trigger "Date at the Mall" - so I can't build up LP and advance in her story. Every Mall date is just an ordinary date at the mall. I've asked for a date all week and weekend days.. no luck. Any hints?

Well, if you're certain she's at 60% LP, you ask her not on saturday and you've done the roller skating date, then no, no hints... You can join our discord and create a ticket in #create-ticket and upload a save with a link to this discussion. We'll check what's going on.

I have an issue where Cassidy is invisible? The Dwayne story is progressing and the cheat menu shows she is in my office, but I cannot see her?

The 'Cassidy bursts onto the scene' changed last month (with a choice leading to Cassidy being gone forever). This change wasn't reflected on some event's conditions, leading to events triggering when they shouldn't. Fixes are already implemented and will be available on the next release.
