19.5.3 Release anouncement (Patreon)

Hi guys, 

19.5.3 is out, with pregnancy for Sasha! As Sasha has a lot of CG for now it only shows during dialogues, I'll update the sex CG during the coming month.
Even more Sasha stuff is coming next week :)
As usual report any bug and I'll try to fix it asap :)
