I am having trouble getting past the first few scenes using a save from a previous version. How should I send you the save?

Can someone help please?I am almost 60 years old and not computer savvy but enjoy playing these kind of games,I have just pledged $5 to dowload this great game and find nothing but problems..Taken into cloud drive logging into a new extractor which keeps stopping half way through!!! Why can i not be able just to download the file to my pc then unzip. Please help.
