Upfront payment (Patreon)

I switched to upfront payment yesterday, this doesn't change anything for you, it just means that future patrons will be chaged the moment they pledge instead of at the start of the next month.

I will have a public version out at the beginning of next month, probably v18.06.19, and it will be updated monthly.

The main differences with the patrons only version will be a one month delay for updates and a limitation on the girls (Sasha and Bree will be the only girls in the public version).
