Download the run.bat and install.bat and put into a folder where you want to install. You can always edit and look what is inside.

Start install .bat. It will make a new virtual environment venv and install every requirements automatically for you. Then it will auto exit.

Then start run .bat file. It will start the Würstchen web UI. Use run .bat whenever you want to use Würstchen. The app will start at by default http://127.0.0.1:7860

It is super fast compared to the SDXL at 1024x1024. But quality I am yet to explore

Wurstchen installer.zip file contains both run . bat and install . bat file nothing different

I had to make a special cloned repo of the hugging face space. Because, hugging face space has incorrectly working app file and requirements

The model files will be automatically downloaded into cache folder inside hub when you start run .bat first time.

models--warp-ai--wuerstchen , models--warp-ai--wuerstchen-prior

Total around 11 GB

The files will be downloaded into this folder : C:\Users\your_username\.cache\huggingface\hub
