I grew up with Misty! But my personal favourite is Erica from Season One / Kanto region! x) Or Princess Jasmine from Johto! (But they're pretty unmemorable, am I right?! Haha!)

Aside from them, I love May! (for the tight short shorts!) and Flannery! for the nice tiddies! (And that cute personality! xD I love my anime counterparts of the characters~!)
