So hey, how are you guys doing during the pandemic? Hope we are all ok.

It's been roughly the same for me except it's really harder to find good foods due to half the restaurants are closed and the delivery services lack employees.

Twitch Suspension

If you've been following my Patreon posts or seeing my Twitter tweets lately, you would've noticed I tried to stream on Twitch! And it went horribly wrong fast.

I was suspended twice. Spoilers: Both are pretty much nonsensical and inconsistent in reasoning. First time it was during the Okita Alter and the second was during the Jeanne stream.

First they said the problem was with my "profile" so I assumed it was the direct links I put up on my profile linking to Patreon, Pixiv, and Twitter which is still weird considering my Patreon page is completely safe due to Patreon's own regulation, my Pixiv requires anyone visiting the site to set up an R18 account in order to view NSFW contents, and my Twitter is set to Mature audience and you'd have to further click to reveal the NSFW stuffs yourselves. So basically, everything is safe unless you reach out for them.

Anyway, I removed those links from my profile but then they removed my offline image which is the first image up there in this post with the Dark Magician Girl. As you can see, it's completely safe. I even thought the system automatically detected that armpit as a vagina which if true, is sadly hilarious.

Eh alright I changed the offline image by cropping it further and the vaginarmpit is not shown anymore and took out my Twitter @ and Pixiv username so there is no problem.

But then I got banned again during the Jeanne stream. This time the email sent said it was the stream itself that was the cause of suspension. The image I attached was the furthest point the stream went. I went as far as to cover her boobs and gave her panties :(

It's weird how I'm so sure there are various other art streams that were drawing nip slip and even more visible camel toes at the very same time I was streaming, but they are fine. Only me got suspended from a really tame art. I'm 100% sure I set my stream to mature audience only. I double checked.

Some people on Twitter suspected it was the Twitter @ and stuffs I put up top but those were all in the previous Okita Alter stream as well but it was fine. The VOD of that previous stream was still on my channel so it clearly is not the cause since Twitch would remove all the items that caused the suspension.

So yeah... in conclusion, Twitch is not the way for me which is a shame. It's just that lately I've been watching so many streamers so I thought I might as well root myself there and I've been seeing lots of artists doing sexy arts on stream and my streamed arts weren't lewder than them in any way possible. I'm seriously confused on why my channel was axed. Twice. Twitch is so inconsistent on this.

Guess I'll stop streaming on Twitch unfortunately. I was planning to make emotes and stuffs cuz I was about to reach the Twitch Affiliate thingy but it's not happening.

I know I could stream on Picarto guys. I will still stream there sometimes, but Picarto lacks a lot of functions I wish it has and the exposure is way lower there.

Oh well, it's not the end of the world. I just have to find a new way to motivate myself to work. I just want to point out how unfair and stupid this whole thing is. Something is wrong.

One Piece Pirate Warriors 4

If you know me well, you'd know I'm a musou freak. Any of you playing this?

This game is SO GOOD. I've played most of the musous and I could go as far as to say this is the best musou combat KOEI has ever done in its history. It's amazingly deep and satisfying. It feels like Sengoku BASARA and DMC combined on crack.

If they continue making any musou game, please please please at least take what they learnt from this game and apply it going forward. Highly recommending this, One Piece fan or not.

Zeta Gundam

I finished watching Gundam 0079 and is now on Zeta Gundam. Episode 20 so far and it has been awesome. I've never watched the original TV show before, only watched the New Translation movies so this has been a blast!

Beastar

Since it's on Netflix now I got to watch it being highly recommended by my girlfriend and it's great! If you're looking for an anime to watch, give this a try. It's Zootopia but pre-existed that and emphasis more on school drama and romantic side of things.

And that will be it for this blog entry. Wash your hands. Stay safe guys.

Just my own two cents on the Twitch thing, but I have also seen a few art streams where the artist are going the same work as you and "nothing has happened". I think what maybe nailed you was the amount of skin showing? While the other streamers have very pronounced camel toe/over exaggerated areola and nipples, they are still..."covered". That may make no sense, but that's just my theory. Twitch seems to be a weird beast like that and nobody understands how it works. Doesn't Patreon have a live stream function? I thought it did. Beastars looks pretty good. Just wish everyone would get over their "It'S FuUry TrASh" mentality and give it a fare shake.

Hades

Dang I'm sorry to hear that. I really enjoy watching your work at hand. Hopefully things will work out either through twitch or another platform.

@ the Twitch stuff, and purely from what I remember hearing secondhand: There's an anonymous, hidden "mod team" on Twitch that is supposed to enforce the rules, but they're exactly inconsistent at it. The problem gets worse when you try to contact support and appeal it, because Twitch staff will most often side with the mods and not you. So yeah, it sucks. Don't quote me on it, though, I'm not sure if it's even correct

I'd like to believe it's an automatic skin detection too but it's hella inconsistent and if that's really the case then goodbye Twitch for me. There's no way I could avoid the detection. Patreon streaming wouldn't work considering how few patrons are actually interested in watching the stream live. And yeah Beastar is great! and to be fair it's not even that furry-like at least in the Western sense. There is no bara in it.

fuya

Yeah I'm kinda bummed more or less. I think I did everything I could but it's not enough still. Guess I will have to stick to Picarto

fuya

Yeah... I'm sure the appealing = more chances to get permabanned is true. It's even on the guideline and it's ridiculous. Basically it's Twitch saying never to raise hands against our ban hammer.

Hades

On a brighter note I really love this piece, The arms add a real nice depth to the image. <3

IF (keyword there: if) you decide to appeal the ban and continue to stream there, why not do like what Shad...does? Did? Whatever, point being is use two different places for streaming. Use Twitch for when you're doing "SFW" and some other for all nips and clits and brown eyed girls? Personally, if you streamed here (and I wasn't either going to bed or just waking up) I'd watch. It's worth giving it a shot. So today, I learned what bara is since it's been thrown around a ton. Never knew it meant only in Swedish (if google translate is to be trusted) and is gay art by men, for men.

I considered that but then it wouldn't be any point. I still would have fun streaming but it won't generate anything and therefor no point on trying to get Twitch Affiliate/Partner. You see, the thing is that to get Twitch Affiliate it requires one to stream at least 7 days a month and at least 40 hours a month for Partnership in order to gain access to channel subscription and emotes and stuffs, function that is fun to use. If I were to only stream SFW arts on Twitch, there is no way I could reach 7 days a month since that's just too much time spent on not-Patreon actual workloads, let alone the 40 hours quota for Partnership. I thought I could do the "SFW" parts of my NSFW Patreon pieces on stream by putting up censoring layers on top of the lewd parts but as you could see, that didn't work. Twitch is triggered by just the amount of skin shown on stream, nipples/genitals or not. And yeah that's technically what bara means. It's a very useful term actually. You get the idea what kind of visual one has for artstyle right away if you know the term being applied.
