this makeup look was brought on by several things, my desire to be an alien like creature, to make use of these unique ears I had, and to test out my friends custom body paint! And all in all I wasn’t expecting to vibe this hard with it but I love it! I really want to make a full outfit for it now and be like full retro alien space explorer vibes! like with a big clear plastic dome helmet and everything! I think it would be super cool to shoot out at the sand dunes! Total other worldly vibes!

I hadn’t done body paint in so long though I almost forgot how to do it! It truly is a test of patience and layering. some colors like to blend easier too while other REALLY like to remain patchy. 😭 I almost freaked out when just starting because I wasnt getting the results I wanted fast enough and then your just sitting there with flat patchy body paint covering all thing that make your face human and you just 🙃🙃🙃 DEEP BREATHS as to not have a panic attack.

but you slowly get through it and begin to see your face again! Lol

I don’t really know what this creature is . a sherbet cow? A space deer? A neopet? A sea slug? Stitch’s cousin? I’d love to hear your hot take on what you think this creature is.

ill def be writing more about them though. I’m very invested. I don’t really go towards sci-fi a lot! So it’s kind of fun to explore a new genre for cosplay!

I really enjoyed just making this character from nothing . I really had a fun time with it. I can’t wait to explore it more and maybe try out body paint for makeup looks more often !

Love it. Sand Dunes would be a great place to shoot. Or McKensie Pass Lava Fields (the Dee Wright Observatory would make a great prop!)
