Series Announcement & Important Patreon Update (Patreon)

Hey everyone,

Series Announcement

So... remember when I said I'd be doing short bonus videos for a while? About that... I've changed my mind and decided to jump right in and start a new series. It is related to Interface and even includes some of the same characters, and will have a lot of new ones - of course including the favorites, to be revealed later on.

I will be doing things a bit different this time around though and just want to be transparent about how things will be released. "Safe Mode" which is what the series is called will be heavily music based (much like Interface) but perhaps even more so.

1. Mastered digital downloads of the music masters will be available to Medium+ members when they are released as Early Access on Patreon.
2. Streaming of the music on Spotify and Apple, Amazon etc will be released the same day the video comes out officially as singles. The reason for this change is so that you can listen to it on your favorite streaming platform without having to wait a year (or possibly two) when the series concludes.

I'm looking forward to sharing the new series with you all early in a few days. The official release is on the 24th.

Changes to Patreon

So a few things are changing with the tiers on Patreon. It has been more or less the same since 2019. The $1 tier (Well Done) has been unlisted (those who are in this tier can remain!). The reason for this is because Patreon has informed me the majority of the $1 goes to transaction fees.

The Raw tier which was closed for a few years has been changed. It is open again, but no longer a portrait reward. Now the reward is credits in the new series as a "Patreon Producer". There are some people who are already contributing that much or more but are in the lower Rare tier. If you want to be credited and are one of those people you can switch over to the Raw tier.

Thank you all so much for your support. Your contributions have been put into session musicians, voice actors, software, mastering engineers etc and are greatly improving the production value of the animations.

Oh and on more thing! Interface Vinyls are still being made. The pressing plant is behind schedule... but I'll have more news about this hopefully soon.
