Page 8 Ready & Announcement regarding the comic (Patreon)

Page 8 for Ascending Desires is ready! Sorry for the delay in this one. The final stretch of Fireside Fascination forced us to neglect this one for a while  🫠

In that matter, we wanted to let you know that, after thorough evaluation and consideration, we decided to stop working on the comic for an indefinite time.

We feel that the next animation project will require more of our time and attention as well as more budget to fairly pay our VAs for their amazing talent, and possibly a cleaner to help Kahl with the animation process. It will be an animation with a bigger cast, a more complex plot, and more technical challenges that we can't wait to take on, but it will require us to let go of this side project for a while.

That said, we have already laid out the general structure of Ascending Desires so it would be a shame not to share it somehow with you all. It's the same case with Oliver and Luke since we have backstories already created that did not appear in Fireside Fascination. 

We are still thinking of the best way to deliver these stories to you all in a way that does not compromise the quality of the animations, so please consider this a pause rather than a cancellation 🤗

Zorro Chino, the artist helping us illustrate these comics is also aware of this and understood completely our decision. He fortunately has lots of work to cover for this.

We deeply apologize if this generates some disappointment in you. That's the least we would want after all your support. We promise it will be well worth it. We just need some time to think about the best way to fund and execute these side projects :3
