IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ PATRONS (Patreon)

Hi everyone. I have a change today which is both something that shouldn't effect you all very much functionally, but is something I want everyone to be aware of. I'm changing the way pledges work, in the sense of which comes first: the charge or the reward. As most of you may know, Patreon charges essentially for the previous month. I will get paid for this month, May, in the beginning of June. However this system has had some friction with my other policy of not doling out major rewards (illustrations, OCs etc) until after a patron's first payment. Something I hadn't considered before is how that essentially results in a first month's payment getting no rewards for a patron. After having that gray area brought to my attention did not sit well with me as that doesn't feel right for my patrons. So starting in June, monthly patreon charges will now be paying for the upcoming month, rather than the previous. This will not have an effect on you current patrons in terms of your rewards or anything. It just means now you're getting charges in the same month you're paying for. I feel like this will make it easier for everyone's monthly financial planning, and just make more sense in general. I am open to questions, comments or concerns. I want to make this best for everyone involved, so please speak up if you have something to say!
