I add several swatches to the table & chair from the Santa Monica set #4 to suit the storefront collection of this month. Be aware files had the same name, it is better to replace the previous one with this one to avoid duplicate files.

UPDATE TABLE: April, 28th, 2022: Added an edge split modifier, reduced polycounts, reduced 4k textures to 2k
