Alright, so it seems like MantaFlow fluidsims do interact much much better with moving objects than blender's internal plugin.

However, it of course has an issue that comes along with that. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to have the fluid "stick" to the object. So for example if I have some viscous liquid spill onto a surface, it'll act like a sticky liquid and not really move that much. But then, if I were to move the object out of the way, the liquid would simply stay where it was and then fall when the object is taken out from under it.

Now for this kind of animation, it shouldn't be a big issue. There shouldn't be a lot of head movement on Bitch's part, so you shouldn't be seeing a lot of that there. For other animations, it might need to be something I look into. Maybe another fluidsim plugin, or maybe mantaflow will be updated in the future to support the things I'm looking for.

As it stands now though, even with this issue, it's a lot better than Blender Internal at animated fluid interaction.

I know your pain Roche. I'm trying different fluids myself and they all suck. Atm I use particle simulation, then converted to meshes, it's not really better, but calculates much faster.

Yeah, the one im using (mantaflow) is particle based as well. It seems to have a lot better obstacle interaction than internal, plus it being much faster helps a lot. Really my only complaints are that its a bit more unstable(i get more crashes with it), it has no obstacle slip settings, and the inflow velocity options are only really 'normal' so for things like forceful cumshots im going to need to use a flat plane as the inflow
