HSP v0.47.1 Public (Patreon)

Hi there! This is the pulic release of HSP.

Now publicly available content of patron only patch 0.47(you can see changelog here). Since the update was already big enough and has a logical ending, I've only updated a few body hair scenes, fixed typos and worked a bit on the technical side.
