We're so excited to bring you Back with the Bakers, our latest series.

The show will go out every Saturday in the regular slot, alongside SPOOKIES: The Quarry on Wednesdays, between now and the end of the year. But you get the entire series a week early.

What is Back with the Bakers?

Resident Evil 7 has a lot of DLC we never got around to playing, and it's really varied, fun, unusual, and silly.

You've got a really hard wave assault game in Nightmare, a puzzle room in Bedroom, a murderous game of blackjack in 21, a prequel story in Daughters, a full-on action game in Not a Hero, and a revenge thriller with lots of chinning in End of Zoe.

It's a real selection box of experiences, and we could have easily made all of these episodes of Retry, but it didn't feel quite right. So we wanted to do something a little different. And because we have your direct support on Patreon, we can spend far more time on how we present the things we make, and this was a great opportunity to do just that.

We thought of this series as an anthology of standalone episodes, but to give them some collective identity, we've bundled them together as a series of video nasties or exploitation movies.

If you want to know what we mean, watch the trailer up above. We've never put more work into a 'trailer' before. Actually, it's less of a trailer and more of a short film, giving you a little taste of each episode.

While most of these are standalone experiences, the order above is the order in which they were recorded, so we'd suggest maybe watching them in this sequence first time around, as there are a few recurring jokes.

We hope you love the new series. It was really fun to film, and we realise that's something we always say, but it was really the case and that definitely comes across in the episodes.

We'll be doing some behind-the-scenes stuff in this month's update, digging more into how we put the series together and what we've been inspired by. So look out for that.

How can I watch these on my TV?

We often get asked that question.

The best way is to sign-in to your YouTube account on a computer,  save the videos or the playlist to your favourites, and then log-in to that same account on your TV, and they should be there. Not elegant, admittedly, but it's the best way of keeping early access to these videos just for you, our patrons.

You can also cast from the Patreon app. Again, not the most elegant, but these do work pretty well.
