I go for cold or hot pizza depending on mood, but some heating techniques: Frying pan: put a lid on it, this will heat the toppings better and will re-melt the cheese. I prefer this to flipping the pizza since it's also less messy. Microwave: put a (microwave safe) mug half filled with water in with the pizza, this will help it not get soggy.
