March Update! (Patreon)
Content
Hello Everyone! Sitting at the gate with a two hour delay right now so I figured I’d write up an update.
I’d like to say welcome to our new crop of friends here on Patreon, we had a huge boost of new people over the last week. If you’re new here, first of all thank you for your support. Secondly, please keep in mind that your financial support is not a prerequisite for being here. Since the I started this page, I’ve always had the policy of explicitly stating that you can subscribe and support as much or as little as you want. Patreon charges at the beginning of each month, and you are more than welcome to unsubscribe during that time, and resubscribe afterwards. This way, you can support to a level you want to support. I don’t want anyone to feel like they have to pay to have access to any of these resources.
My message inbox here does take priority over other places online. Feel free to message me whenever. I’m always glad to chat or answer questions but please, if you do have questions, try to be as specific as possible.
There are tons of new updates to the MA2 show file, including new bitmap and showkontrol features. There is also a new pack of bitmap files that I have created and available for your use. I know it’s a bummer that you can’t control them without MA hardware, but as I’ve always said, the show file is there for you to learn from as an example. I’m not anywhere near where some other programmers are in terms of having a great show file, but mine works well for me and it is there for you to observe and learn from to adapt to your own work.
This weekend I am in Florida for Okeechobee with Yung Bae. After that, I’ll be finishing up a new club installation in Seattle, programming the new Louis The Child set for our next tour, and heading to Vegas for rehearsals! So stay tuned for updates for those projects.
Thanks for your support once again and I hope you have a great day and rest of the month :)
