Shipyard tabs (Patreon)

I know this was long requested but i never really had time to add it until now, plus I felt like it was a good time now that theres yet another type of ship part added (siege weapons)

Also I wanna give a huge thank you to those that have been patrons for a long time, at the end of last year it was extremely rough getting by and without you guys the game probably would have been delayed even longer than it was. 

I'll be posting more small stuff like this on here regularly, but (of course) big stuff like the brig and captains quarters will also be posted publicly, since people wanna know what the big things in upcoming updates are. Hope yall understand and have a great day
