Physical Rewards Update! (Patreon)

Attention Institute Personnel!

It looks like we’re finally approaching the finish line on replacing any missing physical rewards, so I wanted to provide a quick update on what’s been going on, and what’s going to happen next.

For the last few months we’ve been sending out (and at times re-sending out) packages that got caught up in the delays of the last year. It was a complex process, but as of the previous week, the final batch of recovered or replacement packages has been sent off to our local fulfillment partners and are in the process of being delivered. Hopefully some of you may have already received some long overdue rewards recently.

But if you’re still missing some items, don’t panic, here’s what’s going to happen. If by August 17th you still haven’t received a missing item, send us an email to info@templin.institute with the subject “Reward Me!” (or something with reward in the subject at least). If you’re in a more remote area of the world, maybe give it until August 28th, there’s always a chance your package is still on route. Regardless, let us know in the email what you’re missing, and we’ll get a replacement sent your way. While we would have loved to track down the initial package, at this point a full replacement is the best option.

We’ll be posting some reminders on August 17th and 28th. So feel free to forget about this until then.
