Physical Rewards Update - November 2022 (Patreon)

Attention Institute Personnel!

Over the previous two months, our long delayed physical rewards have slowly been mailed out, and just last week we received the final outstanding package from our supplier. The last obstacle has (hopefully?!) been removed. As I’m sure you can imagine, this last year has created a huge backlog, so if you haven’t yet received your rewards, don’t worry, they are still on the way.

I did want to briefly just explain what the rollout of rewards is probably going to look like. I’m always nervous when it comes to providing time estimates, as that is usually the surest way to encounter some kind of delay. That said, physical rewards are being sent out in roughly this order, depending on where you live, some might arrive sooner than others.

Stage 1: Remaining Antares Confederacy Pins

Stage 2: Remaining Campaign Ribbons

Stage 3: 5 Year Anniversary Rewards.

Right now, we’re currently midway into Stages 1 and 2, with Stage 3 about to begin shortly. Likely this week or next. 

Once all three stages have been completed, we’ll be posting another update here. If after a couple weeks from that update you still not have received your rewards, please contact us. No matter what, we’ll find a way to get you your promised rewards.

Additionally, we’ll be posting another update early next year on some changes we’ll be making to the Patreon in general!

Lastly, I’d just like to again thank our Patrons, current and former, for their exceptional patience and understanding during this time. Shipping out thousands of rewards during the Covid crisis was the most difficult undertaking the Templin Institute has ever attempted, it caused an enormous amount of stress in both me and my staff. A notable bright spot however was this community. Even though I know many of you were frustrated, and understandably so, my interactions with you have been universally positive and respectful. It meant the world to us.
