Hi!

Still not used to being in the new year!!

Honestly can't believe we're moving into year FOUR since I started this Patreon. Four years!! Absolutely crazy how time flies. I couldn't feel more privileged or grateful to be able to draw what I love and to get such immense support through the years. Thank you to each and every one of you ❤️

This break has given me a chance for a little breather, to reflect, plan, and to approach everything with a refreshed mindset. I've already been working on some ideas - which I'll share with you all. The profile also has a nice new look to it, I've updated the banner image and Tier icons as well.

So I'm gonna share things you can expect soon and down the line, as well as some general thoughts I've been having on some things. It's gonna be a bit of a long "roadmap" so bear with me please!

• The ongoing Catradora comic  is you guessed it, still going! As soon as I'm back from the break this week you'll get the weekly pages. I'm happy with the positive response it has been getting, and this is a goal I've been working on slowly for years now: to be able to apply everything I've been practicing on to one of the hardest mediums to create. I believe I've been slowly improving with each page and there's still at least 6-7 more that I want to draw for this one. Once it's finished I'm going to pack it up in a neat PDF file for you to download.
• I'm informing you in advance that I will have to pause billing and drawing in April - I have a very important trip - that of a medical nature - coming up, and I won't be in any kind of position to draw during that time. My tablet and my computer will be staying back home. More on that in a few months.
• You can expect new commission openings either in March or May - depending when I finish the current comic (and the April trip will put a halt on things). I know it's a bit far away and a lot of you have been asking me about slot openings but I don't wish to pause the comic any longer than I have to, since I've already done that last October when my girlfriend was visiting me ;)
• Monthly polls is something I very much wish to go back to, but there might be a restructure on how I do them -  whether it's going to be big or small, I'm still debating on. I will give you the reasons why. Give me some time to carefully think about this... I will make a separate post about this issue next week.
• I am still very much interested in fan art of all sorts and honestly characters like Catra is something I can't tire off, I'm still super passionate about She-Ra art, as well as Arcane characters (season 2 is coming this year!!) so there won't be really stopping on that front. At the same time I've been wishing to draw characters from Genshin Impact more, and some other fandoms on occasion. I'd love to do that, if you'd let me.
• I'm trying to find a balance between drawing for myself and things I enjoy and delivering art that you want to see. Easier said than done, but hey! I think it has been successful :) Anyways, something I want to try my hand at this year is designing and drawing an OC character or two. I've never done that before so it could be fun. A chance to put some skills to the test :3 After all I'm here to draw pretty women kiss and make love, and I've always wanted to try creating character(s) of my own, so I can make them do anything haha. This is something I see myself doing between fan arts, for fun. Already have a solid mental image of a cat-girl that's for sure 😉
