So the challenge was with a buddy of mine…the target was 13,500 calories, and of course my competitive side came out and I smashed that goal.

The crazy part of this, is I was at work most of the day today. I stuffed with a dozen donuts on my way into work (really missed my donuts), then got two breakfast baconator’s from Wendy’s with a pack of French toast sticks for breakfast. Followed that with a 3-scoop GNC bulk gainer shake. For lunch, I had a double quarter pounder and fries with another 3-scoop gainer shake. Then as soon as I left work, downed another 4-scoop gainer shake on the way home. Stopped off and got some beers for the night. Then the fun started once I got home. Proceeded to enjoy my 24-oz blue moons (three to be exact) and half of a family meal from church‘s chicken. And of course, we topped all that off with another 4-scoop shake. 

Let’s just say I was full by the end of the night, but definitely not at my limit. I know I could have had more of the right feeder was here…these are pictures from this morning as I tried to get outta bed 🥴
