IMPORTANT: How to fix: 'I cannot access some of your post after join in your Patreon!' problem (READ THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE TO GET ACCESS TO THE OLD PINNED POST THAT LEADS YOU TO THE OLD MODS) (Patreon)

Hello guys! :)
I'm making this post to make more clearance about a problem that some of you are experiencing in my Pateon (and probably others too).

I've been contacted by some of you regarding a problem which is that some of you cannot get access to some posts that they joined from the same tier or lower tier.

My Patreon is setted so that if you join the highest tier, you can get access to all the other lower tiers whitout paying anything extra (or just paying a little difference if you just wanna to upgrade your tier with an higher one).

Since, as already told i've been contacted by some of you for the fact that you couldn't get access to the posts you specifically joined or couldn't get access to a different post under the same tier as other you can normally access (or that you cannot get access to lower/higher tier depending on the situation), i've been reacing out the team support of Patreon to ask if there was any problem with my Page.

As you can probably see in the attached image (where i've reased some of my personal infos), Tom (a support member) was soo kind to tell me two things:

1) I need to send him some emails so that they can directly investigate on they own on that single patron that is having trouble (this let me belive that i cannot do much by my hand)

2) If you all are having this kind of problem with my Patreon page (or in general with other creator's page too) you need to directly contact them as it could (as i understood from Tom's reply) that there's something 'wrong' with your email/payment info/account or with someting in general related to your account.

Unfortunally i cannot refund the 1 or 2 people that reached me out for not getting the access for that one MOD they wanted to get, because you can still get access to other posts/MODS too (something that i can check in my Patreon settings).
I usually refund people when they are having big troubles, that are something that i need to solve (and this is not the case) or if i cannot make the request they want in time or similar (as you know) (but in either way i tell you this in advance to avoid any problems as you probably know)

Since Tom suggested to all of us to contact the support directly, i'll leave a link related to their help desk and their 'submit a request' link to directly contact them

QUICK UPDATE:

Since i feel this post is much more important than the other one that listed my old mods, i had to decide which post i needed to pin to let anyone see and be informed (you can only pin one post at the time unfortunally)
