The main issue was that I didn't unpack the files in the download properly to obtain the Zen-Oh's Pack. I must've deleted the file that contained them from the Ex-Pack download. But, I have them now! Thanks man for your feedback and support! I will eventually upgrade to request for characters such as Shantza and Tapkar! They are both cute little characters to try out and would be awesome to play as. They are also good as experiment characters in battle.
