Translator++ 1.10.10 - 7 more translator services. (Patreon)

Hello everyone,

As I promised I added 7 more Translator services into Translator ++.

• Translator preference now saved. 
• The default translator is automatically set to Google without the need to explicitly set in the options.
• Babylon translator has been added.
• Excite translator has been added.
• Infoseek translator has been added.
• Papago(Naver) translator has been added.
• Pragma6 translator has been added.
• PROMPT translator has been added.
• Kakao translator has been added.

Translator++ Ver 1.10.10 can be downloaded at the patron’s download page.

Regarding Systrans, apparently Systrans changed the API protocol recently, and I haven't been able to find a way to use their public API yet. So I added Cocoa translator instead.

I'm thinking of adding support for other game engines as the next milestone. But I still haven't made a choice ... do you have any suggestions?
