isnt a secret Hiroi when drunk tends to broke stuff around, that is part of reason why she is always broke, but this time she got to do her mess on the wrong place, at STARRY, wich of course wasnt gonna leave her go like that.

The owner of the place, Seika, know for being a great guitarrist but also pretty serious to the point to be intimidating to some, knew she had to do something but she didnt got any good idea, after all Hiroi is almost poor, neither her friend pa-san came with a good idea.

 With some frustration on teh adult's faces it was when Nijika whisper to her friend if they had ideas. All of them just told her she must work hard to pay but then n Ryo came with an usual silly suggestion of her , "what if you use her to pay? " ,  the girls just loked ath the bluenette confused and replied " how ? " and with a grin on her face the girl asnwered " she is popular rigth? what if we tickle her and charge for it? ". That suggestion was heard for everyone, even for the adults making Hiroi get a pale face and looking to run away but stopped inmediatly by Seika, they got an idea.

and that is how Hiroi's tickle and greet was created, to pay for expenses and to teach a lesson to this vocalist.
