The Pleiades failed in a mission. Since they demanded punishment for failing him, Lord Ainz, in his infinite wisdom, decided a punishment that wouldn't leave any permanent damage while teaching them a lesson: tickling. Albedo suggests tickling as all sixseems to ne very ticklish. Thus the Pleiades are strapped into the stocks and tickled for 6 hours non-stop.

Upon his return, Ainz finds that the Pleiades' reaction to the punishment was VERY similar to his own punishment on Shalltear, much to his bewilderment.
