(WIP) Victim box 4A : Inmunologic problems (Patreon)

 Sketch progress of what i been doing with the recent victim box #4 , wich will be complete on color later.  As always i just htought could be fun let you see the idea i got before complete it on color

This month we got 2 winners on the poll so because i do enjoy both and i really want to work with both i will be doing 2 color pics for this month, this is the 1st sketch and i will jump to the another one.

If you want a little context:

in middle of the research to travel to the lungs seems like pneumococcus found a little appetizer , a red blood cell, this particular bacterium does like to make its food get smooth before eat it, aparently by a pretty usefull technicque, sadly for him the prey he got screams a lot so it should be few seconds before any lymphocyte arrives to help this blood cell.
