For the last few months (or year? time flies), Marissa and I have been working on a few tv and graphic novel pitches. And I think it's about time to start drumming up some gosh dang excitement. So hey! Here's one of them.

It's called "Witches of the West Coast". I came up with the idea awhile back. Basically what if young Gandalf (an immortal angelic being masquerading as a wizard in the body of a man) got married to another immortal angelic being in the body of a woman, and the two of them decided to settle down in modern society and try to have a kid? What if that happened??

Ideally a lot of funny stuff.

Like the two of them trying to get an apartment with no job, birth certificates, social security cards, rental history, or credit score.

Or renting a Wand of Conjuring from Home Depot to furnish their shitty little apartment, and accidentally opening up a portal to hell above their bathtub.

Or getting a job at a fast food restaurant, which turns out to be founded by a weird quasi-religious cult-y demon hunter.

Doesn't that sound kinda fun? Wouldn't you pick up a copy of the book and/or watch at least a few episodes of the show??

If you're a fan of Tolkien, or D20, or Critical Role, or Disenchantment, or Discworld, there should be something in this to catch your interest.

Also, if you're looking forward to a 'The Other End' physical collection, there's a good chance that would come alongside or soon after a graphic novel. Hopefully!

Seriously though, we're pretty excited about this and hope that we'll have some official news about it soon. But in the meantime, let's get pumped, let's get hyped, let's start sharing lots of comics so that my insta/fb/twitter numbers go up because that's annoyingly a big part of selling to publishers.

I'd love to see this as a graphic novel! Not 100% sure on the tv series, depending who gets their hands on it might ruin your comedic style...
