State of Comic - An "The Other End Comics" Update (Patreon)

Hey!  The past few weeks I've found myself becoming very distraught with the daily bullshit of making a webcomic in 2022. For example, my comic was growing every day for about 3 years on instagram. Then they started putting focus on video, and I've lost about 500 followers in the past few months. It's very frustrating.

Granted, I don't want to be the type of person who just stares at the numbers. But with a webcomic, it's almost impossible to avoid. And coupled with some other career and personal stuff, it's become pretty draining on my mental health. So I'm going to post one more new comic this week to the world at large before going on a bit of a break. That being said, I will continue to post patreon exclusive stuff (monthly Q&As, and monthly exclusive comics).

I'm going to take the time to work on some long form graphic novel ideas I've had on the back burner, as well as working on some new comic ideas. Some will be standard The Other End stuff that you know and love, but I want to work with new formats and new styles as well (possibly even revamping and/or reintroducing some of the old cast). A big part of this break will just be figuring all this out, and deciding where I want to go creatively.
