The Priestess & The Plague (Info + Update) (Patreon)

A story that has been in the working process for I believe - 2 years and going for 2 and a half. That's "The Priestess and the Plague" for me.
 
I haven't spoken much about this story in order to not spoil or misinform you all because this project is still in the making, so it can still change a bit. But it has slowly taken form and has grown into something I'm extremely excited to share with you guys. So, I decided to share a bit of the project and how it came to be with you all.
 
I started working on this AU one night, along with my 999+ other AU's (I have a bad habit of loving to create AU's every minute of the day;;;). And like every other AU or story I've started, it all began with doodling designs and ideas for the characters. The first concepts, if you will. (Images attached below, first concept for Adrien's character.)

And as I doodled away inside my little cocoon of inspiration, I began ranting, babbling and basically just flooded my friend and partner-in-crime Des, with all of my ideas. 

Now, Des, to all who may not know this, is the marvelous and amazing bean who is writing this story but hold on... 

I know I'm sidetracking here but I need to take a moment and say this:

Des aka Their-destinys-writer/Deswordsandart, is an amazingly talented and hardworking writer who I've had the privilege of getting to know and befriending that has joined me in this long ass and tiresome journey of "The Priestess and the Plague".  

The written work will be posted by her on her Patreon. Ok, so, to continue where I left off- I began ranting and babbling to Des about what I was working on and we started coming up with scenes and what we imagined the characters and story to be. Now keep in mind, this story comes from two idiots (Des and me, mostly me), who love, worship and adore a world full of fantasy and magic, and everything wondrous. Why is this relevant? Well, because we have thrown all of that into this project to make it something amazing and different and familiar all at once. And before any of us knew it - We had been swallowed whole into the void. 

I like to call this our baby. And honestly I'm really proud of how it's turning out and I am really excited to show you all more. It has a world of it's own and we really hope you all come to love it as much as we are loving it. 

I, of course, will continue posting and sharing it's art here for you beans to see and fangirl with me!
