Catwoman is a character that has been in limbo for a long time in the game. She was added back 1.7 along with the Meta-Bordello, at the start of the changelog history. The cells were also developed around the same time and she's been pushed to the side pretty much since that point. Selina was always just in a weird spot of needing a lot of work and having no standard place in the game like most others did.

Catwoman does have a long list of costumes over the decades and a lot of them are really good. But having a dozen costumes becomes a massive mess for content. So we'll be voting on the most popular costumes!

We'll start with a lot of the most popular ones then move onto some others depending on what is dominating the polls.
