Just finished watching it, very informative and fun; even though I personally didn't understand some of the more technical talk, it was still good to see that you guys could answer all questions about it. It shows not only that you're knowledgeable about your creations, but that you're willing and very capable of explaining it to those of us that are less so, and that you care, both about your product, as well as your fans. Cheers, and I sincerely hope all of you have fun during the Holidays!

The Live2D tech allows you put layers of a 2D picture onto a polygon mesh and then deform it to create motion. Technically it's still 2D but gives the illusion of 3D motion. There's some really impressive demos of it on YouTube.

Yes this looks as if its done in live2D...Live2D is a Japanese based company I believe (not that has anything to do with what you posted) - smokeshank

Possibly what the game devs have coined it. The program that does this is called Live2D. It has awesome integration with the unity engine. - smokeshank

I was wondering. I remember reading that on 20 december there whould be a new beta coming out version 1.6 Now I don't want you guys to get the feeling I'm puching you, but is there something holding this update back or do I need to look elsewhere for the latest version? In anycase you guys just take your time and keep up the good job.
