No it happens after you get to a point in the story. If you are behind this point and did the event in an older version you can play it again in Lex´s office.

Is there any chances to have a Catalina compatible version? Setting up a virtual machine is quite annoying and it’s not free (you need a Windows Product Key)

Anybody else having problems downloading it? The file doesn't show up in my downloads and chrome crashes when it's about to complete. I downloaded an older build to see if it was the site, but it's just this one.

I had something similar because of the size of the zip file. Try the 7z file and if it happens there too.

I still cant run the damn thing,the text says that I must look if the program is for 32 or 64 bits and contact the company. 2.555 runs just fine,what the heck?

Hey if anyone can answer some questions I have I will greatly appreciate it 1. is how to unlock black fire I have tried everything I can't get her 2. How can you recruit poison ivy after I released her it shows her as a villain but I have no idea how to get her and finally how can you begin the cell routes with all the heroines hope someone can help me out I will greatly appreciate it.

If you have the Catalina OS, this is the issue. Current build does not support Catalina.
