📃 License for the benefit of patrons (including RT, applications, etc.) (Patreon)

This License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a legally binding document between the licensee (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and Sefinek (hereinafter referred to as the "Licensor"), governing the use of the software application (hereinafter referred to as the "Software").

By using the Software, the User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. License Grant
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Licensor grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use the Software.

2. Restrictions
The User shall not copy, share, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or distribute the Software. The User shall only possess a copy of the Software on their own computer and shall not share it with others.

3. Termination
The User's license to use the Software shall terminate automatically upon the expiration or termination of the subscription on patreon.com/sefinek. Upon such termination, the User shall cease all use of the Software and shall delete any downloaded copies.

4. Prohibited Actions
The User shall not take any action that may damage or harm the Software, including but not limited to reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Software. The User shall not use the Software to create any derivative works.

5. Reporting of Errors
The User shall promptly report any errors or malfunctions in the Software to the Licensor.

6. Commercial Use
The User shall not use the Software for commercial purposes or for any other purpose that generates revenue without the express written consent of the Licensor. If the User wishes to use the Software for commercial purposes, they must obtain a separate license from the Licensor.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Licensor does not warrant that the Software will meet the User's requirements or that the operation of the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall the Licensor be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Software, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. The User assumes all risks associated with the use of the Software.

9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and the Licensor with respect to the use of the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. Any additional or different terms or conditions proposed by the User are hereby rejected.

10. Amendments
The Licensor reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time by providing notice to the User. The User's continued use of the Software after such notice shall constitute acceptance of the amended terms.

11. Respect for Software
The User shall respect the Software and its intellectual property rights. The User shall not attempt to modify, reverse engineer, or tamper with the Software in any way that could harm its integrity or functionality, or violate any applicable laws or regulations. The User shall use the Software only in accordance with its intended purposes and in a responsible and lawful manner.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement as of the Effective Date.
