the thing is stan didn't have a highschool diploma he learned something that requires a college degree to bring back his brother because that was the only person who cared about him. His dad kicked him out and never liked him but his mother did truly love him ford was her smart kid but Stan was her free spirit he was her free soul doing what he wants and not letting rules change him. When stan faked his death only his Mom and Proal officer showed up. So I am on stans side like ford could've said thank you for helping him and stan did try to fix things in the past he just wanted one of the only people who cared about him back. Also the baby his mom had is Shermy pines who is Mable and Dippers grandpa. Also is Soos defence he did tell Wendy to clear the next 14 hours but she really is a good friend tho staying on the phone like anyone would've hung up or said shut up. also Wendeys dad was the one who built fords house that became the shack
