Personally I don't fully fault Peridot this episode since she isn't fully understanding of what boundaries are.. And she was never saying those things about Amythyst out of malice. I feel like Amythyst should apologize too just because she encouraged Peridot to talk trash about everyone else so of course Peridot thought that it was okay to point out Amythyst flaws. Great episode, and reaction tho!!

Ah, the scene that launched a thousand shippers, myself included. Glad to have you onboard. Amethyst turns very light green if you heat it enough. Then it’s called Prasiolite. Purple and green light actually cancel each other out in your eyes to resolve as gray. The color exists, but human eyes can’t see it any more than dogs can see red. Unofficially it’s known as “octarine”
