Her being an eagle made me think of giving her stars and stripes underwear (or maybe this is a bikini). She has a fascination with the USA it would seem. I expect her quarters are full of souvinirs and flags and what have you. I saw the Quagaar in general and Raubvogel in particular as Imperial Germany or Prussia in space, but  I think her personal hero might be Patton :)
