Changing to Per / Month Payment Structure (Patreon)

Hello everyone, I hope you're well!

Patreon is forcing the change onto everyone, so sometime in the next month or so, things should be switching over to that.

In general it should mean that you'll pay the same, or less than you normally do. I'll be sure to update everyone again once the change goes live.
