September Patreon Wrap Up (Patreon)

Hello everyone!

Somehow it's already the end of September, and the Spooky Month™ is upon us. It's crazy how that kind of thing sneaks up on you, isn't it?

I hope you've all been well, and you've been looking after yourselves. What kind of interesting things did you get up to in September? I'd love to hear.

As for us, a lots been going on in terms of game creation (both things we can and can't talk about yet), as well as in our personal lives. September truly was a difficult month! But as we move closer to the end of the year, I find myself looking back at everything that's happened, and what we've all gotten through, and I feel proud. You should feel proud of yourself, too!

Anyway, I get off track... I'm here to provide a wrap-up of ours posts for September. This isn't a devlog as such, as those are available to our Patrons only, but just a collection of what we've been posting and some important links.

» Poll Artworks

We ran our first ever NSFW art poll in September! This is something we've wanted to run for awhile, but was hard to fit into Fuyuure's schedule. Luckily we worked things out and we can now include them! 

The first winner of the NSFW art poll was Fawn! Surprise, surprise, I know. He's always seemed to be our most popular character, with Leos ranking second. It's always surprised me, but then I think about how sweet Fawn is... okay, I'm not as surprised. I wonder who will come out as the most popular after release?

We also ran our other two monthly artworks, illustrated once again by the fantastic Alyssa. The theme this month was "Spring Flowers"! We actually only put side characters on this poll, and Nox one. It's great to see our troubled boy in Alyssa's style, finally. 

Our second poll winner was submitted by a Patron of ours. The theme that won was "Artist's Choice of Character + Matching Animal". A little bit of a spoiler, but Alyssa chose Cyne... which animal do you think she drew to match him?

We've posted the sketch previews of these two - Alyssa was on a team during Spooktober Game Jam, so will hand over the finished illustrations soon.

We'll be putting up the next SFW art polls tomorrow, and we've just posted the NSFW one for those on the Solaris Tier and up to vote on!

» Beta Build

We also posted an updated beta this month! It added a bunch of gorgeous new CGs to the beta (which already includes all three routes + all endings), as well as a whole lot of new voice acting. For those that have checked it out, I hope you enjoyed it! It's so much fun to go back through now and see what we've achieved. 

A lot of new people actually gained access to the beta this month, too, with the Patreon refresh. If you're on the Solaris Tier, make sure to give it a go!

» Game Art

This month, we posted a few new finished CGs (there's some we can't really post due to BIG spoilers!), as well as some sketches of new Fawn CGs. They're all super gorgeous, and we'll never be thankful enough to have Fuyuure illustrating our game.

» Other Posts

Last month I chatted about including some additional screenshot style posts on the Patreon, which I tried out this month! I posted some exclusive screenshots of the TDS prequel, The Sun and the Moon!

I think they were enjoyed, and it's so fun to share things we usually have to keep hidden, so we'll definitely keep up these styles of posts in the future.
