New Sprite Sketch - Leos Route (Patreon)

Hello, everyone!

As we've now finished up with the last of the common route CGs, we are moving on to the last two sprites needed for Leos' route - here's the first one!

Once that's done, we'll start the CGs for either Leos or Cyne's route.
