Game Announcement - Beyond the Abyss (Patreon)

It's finally time to announce a side project we've been working on for the last few months alongside The Divine Speaker - a visual novel called "Beyond the Abyss"!

Don't worry - TDS isn't going anywhere. It's still first on our list and most important, and the campaign for BtA will be after it's been released.

As we said before, most of the time put into making games comes from art and voice acting, which leaves us with free time to create other stories for future games!

Here's what you can expect:

• 18+ BL with uncensored sex scenes
• Fantasy world, but vastly different to TDS
• Xianxia/danmei aesthetics and story
• A single love interest

And as a little teaser as to the storyline:

A vast divide between two planes, a war that’s spanned millenia. The righteous good that is the Gods of the Celestial City, and the devilish evil that is the Demons of the City Beneath the Arch. Forever locked in an insatiable conflict with no end.

That’s what they tell you, anyway. Just what is ‘good’ and ‘evil’, after all? Is there a line that defines the two so clearly that allows no mistake in judgement?

The story follows Zhang Zhenli - famed Demon commander and strategist - as he wakes up in the Celestial City and is mistaken for a god, and must survive a week without being discovered. Along the way he’ll see new and old faces, both friends and enemies, and his life will be turned around.

The worst part - he’ll have to face the one person he hates more than anyone else, the one who lead him down the path of vengeance against the Gods long ago - Song Tao.

This artwork will serve as our main menu theme, and was created by the wonderful Juni!
