I got the opportunity to work on a few DAZ ports recently, and I realised that I haven't really had a lot of experience working on them. 

Since its a very popular platform to obtain models from, and that I'm planning to make a guide I'd thought I'd experiment on a few things first to familiarise myself and I picked this model as a base.

The main thing that I really wanted to figure out was if I could find an efficient way in porting the textures and tldr: don't. 

I was much better off making a custom texture, than trying to figure out UV maps between different Genesis mesh generations, which is a very inconsistent process.

Anyway here's Mio.

I only ported part of her costume, and initially I didn't plan to port any costume but curiosity got the better of me. Most of it is done, except her jacket which looks like a big pain in the ass so I'm leaving that for later.

Everything here is at a release ready state, including mesh and textures. Colliders are set for her CUA hair.

She comes with a VaM default height scene and canon height scene. The marking on her neck is a decal that you can take off if you wish to.

Normal releases will come around tomorrow night so stay tuned for that.
