Not for me, anyway. I've got too much on my plate this month, and all that I can do is do what I can with it and try to stay in touch with my creative outlets to cope when it gets to be too much. It's been a long time since I've taken an unscheduled mental health day from work, but tomorrow might be the one. I'm burning out and there's a pile of paperwork I need to tackle by the end of October to put out one of the many fires burning my life.
