Every once and a while, a stray scene sticks in my head, and I need to get it out before I can move on. So, without further a due, here is a random stray part of a scene that made me laugh.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

With a grunt I thrust forward, pelvic bone bruising under the force of my movements but ignored in the heat of the moment and the dose of adrenaline pumping through my veins. Despite the force, I barely made progress through the narrow passage, my hips stopping with jarring force. Straining, my muscles tense, I could feel sweat dripping on my brow and rolling down my back. Looking down between us to assess the situation, Becky’s eyes met my own, her challenging smile more of a grimace of teeth.

“Harder! One more!” she said, her voice strained. Becky’s shirt was covered in sweat, body straining against the clothing now sticking to her. Only ten minutes prior I had removed my shirt, the heat and effort making the thin cloth too much.

“Ah!” I shouted, once again straining against the resistance in a long bellowed wail as the tension built…built…built…then released!

Becky hadn’t been ready for the sudden release of tension, the movement unbalancing her and knocking her to the floor.

Her squeak of surprise turned into wide eyes, mouth gaping open. At the scene of my awkward position - upper body flexed, one leg up, hips cocked forward, body straining - my blond roommate began to giggle then openly laugh. Holding her stomach, she release high pitched giggles as she stared at my straining body.

Frowning at her, I gritted my teeth.

“Funny. Now help me!” I shouted.

Scrambling to her feet, she laughed again at my rampant stance.

“Yeah, ha ha! Chuckle it up. I’m not helping you move the couch back down the stairs when you move out though,” I said.
